Description:You will be the Program Director for the F 35 Sustainment Business Unit. Our team is responsible for delivering end to end sustainment contract performance, managing the portfolio P&L, and ensuring high availability of the F 35 fleet through integrated supply, services, and hardware solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:As the Program Director you will be responsible for leading and executing the full lifecycle of the F 35 sustainment program. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading proposal development, negotiation, and execution of all initial spares and Site Activation & Hardware (SAHW) contracts, overseeing cradle to grave contract management.
• Managing the overall P&L for the sustainment contract portfolio, driving cost effective delivery and closing risk gaps in performance projections and on time deliveries.
• Building and sustaining strategic relationships with the Joint Program Office, Office of the Secretary of Defense, US Services, international partners, FMS customers, and industrial suppliers/partners.
• Directing cross functional teams to improve supply chain and maintenance availability rates, ensuring timely delivery of hardware and services across the F 35 fleet while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Experience with aerospace sustainment, production, or supply chain
• Prior program management and leadership experience
• Must be US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance
Desired Skills:• Experience with capture and proposal management, negotiation within US DOD and DCS contract types
• Experience with team building and managing across large functional organizations
• Strong customer relationship building skills across both domestic and international customers
• Sustainment program management and portfolio management experience
• Weapon system support domain experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
