What you will do
PGIM is seeking an Sr. Administrative Assistant, to support the US Credit Research team in our Fixed Income Business. As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will provide daily administrative support to both senior leaders and the credit research team, including managing daily schedules and calendars, planning and booking travel, and administrative deliverables and projects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across the broader organization in a fast-paced environment. Priorities change frequently, which will require a proactive individual who consistently stays one step ahead. The ideal candidate is able to exercise sound judgment and taking initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
This role is expected to work from the Newark, NJ office 3 days a week and 2 days working remotely. Overtime may be required.
What you can expect
Independently manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings with senior-level executives and their assistants both internally and externally, and integrating travel plans seamlessly.
Provide high-level daily support by anticipating the needs of the executive(s), ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings and calls with relevant materials, pre-reading, and context.
Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, ground transportation, accommodations, detailed itineraries, and expense processing.
Answer and screen incoming calls, take detailed messages, return calls on behalf of the executive(s), and initiate conference calls as needed.
What you will bring
Minimum of 5+ years business/executive administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization are necessary.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but collaborate as a team.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good judgment and self-starter. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $66,500 to $78,500. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
