Familiarity with OEM/Cloud product qualification workflows and the storage industry landscape. Proven track record to align customer test requirements with internal design teams and advocate for customer needs. Skilled in resolving partner concerns, implementing corrective actions, and managing customer relationships. Strong executive presentation skills and business insight to assess and communicate customer impacts and trade-offs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in storage or related high-tech industries. Proven experience working with sales, customers, engineers, and product development teams. Strong project management skills and ability to manage customer communications and action logs. Ability to communicate technical information professionally, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
