Conduct electrical and mechanical failure analysis on SSD customer returns Generate and communicate detailed FA reports to external customers Manage escalation processes and coordinate with internal teams Maintain and expand knowledge of FA tools and methodologies Serve as a technical liaison for customer-facing teams, offering data insights and consultation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, or Systems Engineering Solid understanding of NAND flash memory and SSD architecture Strong project and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with PCIE, SATA, and bus tracing tools Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C++) Proven ability to manage escalations and cross-functional communication Flexible work schedule and commitment to ongoing technical development Leadership experience in workflow management and team development
