Coordinate equipment repairs, calibrations, and routine maintenance Manage entries in the Equipment Tracking Interface (ETO) Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements Initiate various reliability test flows based on engineering requests Prepare drives and equipment for testing, including board counts, debug hardware, and drive installation Collaborate with Quality and Reliability Assurance (QRA) and Engineering teams to interpret failure data High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience in quality assurance or testing involving computer hardware and software. 1 year of experience working with tester hardware and understanding its functionality. Associate degree in a STEM related field or 2 years industry experience; or equivalent military training and experience. Ability to interpret test results, identify faults, and perform effective debugging and troubleshooting as needed. Basic understanding of tester logs and qualification test flows, along with familiarity using JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.
