The Boeing Company is seeking F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructors in three disciplines: Electrical and Environmental, Armament and Crew Chief to support Boeing Global to train the maintenance technicians in support of F-15 Qatar aircraft in Al Udeid AFB, Qatar.
This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Prior to Expatriating to Qatar you could be in Saint Louis, MO for approximately 5 weeks for training.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
- Oversees activities for development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.
- Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
- Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
- Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.
- Coaches and develops others.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Skills equivalent to USAF Craftsman (7-level) in 1 of 3 disciplines: Electrical and Environmental, Armament or Crew Chief
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years' maintenance experience in 1 of 3 disciplines: Electrical and Environmental, Armament or Crew Chief
- 5+ years' maintenance experience working on F-15E or a later aircraft
- 2+ years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions
- 2+ years' experience with training courseware instruction and maintenance training
Long-term Assignment details:
- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
- Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $96,050- $129,950

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
