What you´ll do
- Responsible for supporting automotive surface treatment systems and Henkel Adhesive products as a subject matter expert.
- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool and the SharePoint file.
- Perform comprehensive training of surface treatment and adhesive technologies for internal and external customers.
- Technical reporting and issue diagnosis of automotive pretreatment and adhesives for Henkel applications at customer sites.
- When not traveling to customer sites support Henkel surface treatment and adhesives lab on current project load, will be located at Madison Heights facility.
- Meet monthly with OEM corporate engineering to review current account quality and issues.
- Lead all trials and launches of new lines and products by managing all support personnel and prelaunch activities
