Where is the work:
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
What you will do:
Set-up project in business system based on Sales to Operations transition documents.
Assists in the initiation and tracking of contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion date.
Prepare invoices for billing and any additional documentation required for billing purposes.
Assists Engineering Specialists and Project Managers with the preparation of submittals and operation/maintenance manuals.
Works with the Project manager and assists in forecasting of projects.
Processes invoices and validates according to project contract documentation..
Gathers and records information to assist with process compliance monitoring.
Initiate, process and track progress of contracting business unit claims.
Initiates documents for purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
Insures compliance of Delegation of Authority and Sarbanes and Oxley
Comprehend Customer Contracts to determine the need for project specific documentation.
Assists Project Manger with the project cost at completion forecast.
Coordinate with customers on contract documentation including tax documents, purchase orders, and general information.
Communicates effectively with other team members concerning problems, obstacles, issues, and information needs.
Train other team members for role of Project Administrator
Work effectively in diverse team environment.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Schedule internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
Validates and reconciles project cost data in business system to the project forecast.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate Arts degree in Construction Management or equivalent; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience in general accounting and a general knowledge around installation and operations of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend construction contract’s terms and conditions. Ability to write professional business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with large dollar amounts and to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
