As part of the Packaging Optimization team, you will be interacting with industry leaders, attending cross-functional events, and volunteering for community service activities. You will gain valuable work experience in one of the following areas:
What You'll Do:

Support the complete packaging development process including the creation of packaging designs, prototype development, and performance testing

Fix new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials, processes and provides creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions

Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of product to resolve physical characteristics of item, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging

Evaluate and select packaging suppliers / vendors; periodically conduct vendor reviews

Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Works closely with global suppliers, engineering, product management, operations, and sourcing

Participate in product introduction teams to deliver new products to market
Required Qualifications:
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field

Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027

Able to work full time, 40 hours per week
