The Talent Acquisition Partner for Corporate and Sales Functions is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the corporate and sales functions of the organization. This role will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify and recruit candidates who align with the company's culture and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-life-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results, providing a world class candidate experience.

About the Role
Main responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process and implement strategic talent acquisition plans for the corporate and sales functions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates
Responsible for full cycle recruiting, negotiate and finalize offers of employment, including salary and benefits
Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full cycle talent acquisition
experience with full-life-cycle recruiting for a software or technology company, recruiting for all levels of an organization.
Strong understanding of the corporate and sales functions
Proven ability to actively source and identify top talent
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Other Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the recruiting process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify and source top talent.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
