Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate appointments with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing leads and convert them into appointments.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align outreach efforts with current campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment scheduling process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology sales to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing appointments.
- Background in technical sales or technology sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in business development.
