We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to take the lead in coordinating the daily operations of our maintenance teams. This is a technical specialist role where your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
What You Will Do:
- Daily Coordination: Guide and support the maintenance and tool room teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with production and suppliers. Track progress and validate completion.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze key maintenance metrics like downtime, uptime, and OEE to identify trends and opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Use Pareto and root cause analysis to address recurring issues and develop actionable improvement plans.
- TPM Development: Strengthen our Total Productive Maintenance system through regular inspections, interventions, training, and preventive strategies.
- Team Development: Build and maintain a capability matrix for the maintenance and tool room teams. Manage training and succession planning to ensure long-term team strength.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Comfort with maintenance management systems and digital tools.
