We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Supply Chain Division as a Demand and Order Analyst.
The Demand and Order Analyst is the network expert positioned to ensure accurate interpretation and governance of customer requirements. Focused on evaluating customer forecast for abnormalities vs prior projections and historical demand, this role is accountable for customers forecast. Collaborating with process partners internally and externally to achieve this and delivering an accurate sales forecast to support regional planning.
At Caterpillar’s Facility in Gödöllő we produce front parts for heavy construction and excavation machines for European market. We have a great team that does the work at Caterpillar, and we can’t wait for you to join the team!
In Your New Role You Will
Monitor, review & modify customer forecast to maintain product availability and inventory levels
Collate and interpret internal and external business data to improve forecast accuracy
A regional expert, maintaining a solid understanding of both the customer and supplier base and internal business processes
Forecast & Demand Analysis / Outlier Management
Customer Root Cause Analysis
Integration of S&OP
Recognition and resulting actions related to a change in an existing parts lifecycle.
Inbound Volume Forecasting (Need to be value, pieces, boxes)
Top Candidates Will Have:
College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or 2-3 years of experience in scheduling highly desired or related supply chain tasks is desired
Knowledge of prime products and attachments
Familiarity with company manufacturing facilities, processes, equipment and processes
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
