At Fiserv, a successful Spanish‑speaking Senior Technical Project Manager – LATAM ensures predictable, consistent delivery of detailed IT solutions across the LATAM region in both English and Spanish. You will navigate complex project environments using strong technical and project management skills, plan and monitor projects of varied scope and budgets, coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors, and maintain clear, bilingual stakeholder engagement to drive client satisfaction and business success.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end‑to‑end project implementation for LATAM clients as the primary contact for clients, vendors and internal teams, driving initiatives from concept through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives and budgets; develop detailed work plans, schedules and status reports tailored to the LATAM market to track progress and performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and external teams, manage vendor integration, review deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, facilitate problem analysis and resolution to maintain momentum in diverse, bilingual environments.
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships across LATAM, communicating clearly in English and Spanish and aligning expectations with Fiserv strategy.
What You Will Need to Have:
- 6+ years of project management experience, with a proven record of executing 10+ complex projects and managing 5+ concurrent projects using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- 5+ years of Payment Acceptance industry experience, including 4+ years specifically focused on Card Schemes processing, with demonstrated communication across 20+ stakeholders.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Scrum Master or equivalent certification (CSM); fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or equivalent military experience.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- 3+ years contributing to innovative solutions or new product functionalities that drove business growth.
- 2+ years managing projects spanning multiple business units (2+ business units) within a large organization.
- 2+ years participating in change management initiatives, balancing strategic vision with tactical project need.
