What does a Settlement Cash Management Director do at Fiserv?
As the Settlement Cash Management Director, you will lead the organization’s cash flow, liquidity management, and banking relationships by driving the Settlement Controls and Solutions (SCS) strategy. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and stay aligned with evolving industry standards to ensure financial efficiency and compliance. This role requires a strong foundation of trust, communication, and influence to champion employee experience initiatives and foster a culture of continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for steering complex, high-impact projects to successful completion, while promoting operational excellence across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Produce and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for tactical processes, teams, and individuals
- Lead SCS departmental initiatives and create attainable KPIs
- Deliver detail on success KPIs defined
- Participate in department strategy meetings and performance discussions/calibrations
- Report to corporate leadership on department progress and issues
- Autonomously assess and issue escalation for impact
- Engage in project reviews to assess impacts to process, strategy, and staffing
- Management oversight and governance on processes and task load
What you’ll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Settlement Controls, Finance, Treasury, Banking, Data Analytics, Risk Compliance, and/or similar discipline
- Experience in financial technology, banking/network schemes, and process/workflow mapping
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

- Specialized certifications such as CPP, PMP, CTP and/or risk certifications
- Experience in people change management and relationship management

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires occasionally being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
- This role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
- Approximately up to 15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
