- Assist with sales process optimization through automation, workflow creation, and data quality improvement.
- Partner with marketing and operations to ensure accurate reporting on campaigns, conversions, and client retention metrics.
- Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Troubleshoot Salesforce data or reporting issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when needed.
- Contribute to technology enhancement initiatives — exploring automation tools, APIs, and integrations to streamline workflows.
- (Bonus) Apply basic programming or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Python, Excel macros, ChatGPT, or Salesforce Einstein) to improve data reporting or administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Salesforce-related role (reporting, CRM management, or sales operations).
- Proficiency in Salesforce report building, data extraction, and dashboard design.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to coordinate between sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, or Apex triggers).
- Familiarity with programming/scripting (Python, SQL, or similar).
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein, or other data-driven AI solutions).
- Background in sales administration or CRM optimization projects.
