Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Lead integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party tools.
- Support mobile app development and field service optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure platform scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including Field Service and CRM.
- Certified Salesforce System Architect preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and tools like RingCentral, Gong, and Outreach.
- Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
