Edelman has an opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our talented and award-winning digital health team in our Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta offices. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help a global pharmaceutical company communicate with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and other health stakeholders about innovative products that have a profound effect on people’s lives. You will plan and manage digital communications and marketing techniques to help clients achieve their objectives.

What You'll Do
This role will support a global pharmaceutical client and partner with and report up into the SVP, Digital Health, in tackling the day-to-day client needs and bringing a digital perspective to internal and client-facing conversations – having a point of view and ability to educate colleagues and clients with kindness and enthusiasm is key.

Responsibilities: - Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence
- Play major role in creation of digital communications plans and goals; manage against them
- Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate, address client issues thoughtfully and effectively
- Consistently produce high quality external digital content
- Build relationships with internal specialists (paid media, content, creative, planning, analytics etc.) and senior stakeholders to meet client needs
- Partner with creative counterparts to ensure content is designed to perform and resonate with our target audiences, particularly on social media
- Dive deep into niche subject matter on behalf of clients and industries in pursuit of data, insights and actions that help will distinguish our work
- Harness the power of data and measurement tools in evaluating digital ecosystems
- Understand measurement and KPIs to ensure programs are being executed and performing against the best measures of success
- Monitor social conversation around clients’ products and provide response recommendations
- Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor and report on several paid social campaigns
- Champion projects from start to finish with a results-driven mindset in pursuit of strong business results for clients
- Provide excellent client service support: drive conversations, meet deadlines, troubleshoot challenges
- Participate in client(s) annual communication and marketing planning process, bringing new, ideas and fresh approaches to grow and strategically support their business
- Identify potential client growth opportunities within the digital space and empower the team to execute on those growth opportunities
Basic Qualifications:- At least 6+ years of relevant experience in Digital-related Marketing and/or related fields
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Pharmaceutical experience
- Passion for and curiosity in healthcare; familiarity with healthcare industry trends/regulations as it pertains to digital projects
- Healthcare Provider communications experience
- Strong grasp of all basic social media and digital marketing channels and tools including platform specific nuances and requirements and platform updates
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple projects at once while keeping teams on track with timeline development and management
- Experience in managing client and vendor communications and relationships and executing campaigns on both a small and large scale with results to prove it
- Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels and across teams
- Willingness to collaborate across internal, external and client-side resources
- Comfort with managing-up and navigating complex internal and external relationships
- Experience with paid social, email marketing, marketing automation tools, and/or SEO
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning through various training and new project opportunities
- Expert in latest digital content formats and best practices to translate content strategies effectively within the digital ecosystem

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
