About Your Role:
Are you a technical expert with a passion for solving complex business problems? Join our team as a Senior Client Solutions Engineer and become a key advisor, pairing with our sales team to deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for translating client business challenges into technical solutions, showcasing how our electronic billing and payment products can transform businesses across a wide range of industries.
What you'll do:
- Be the solution expert for electronic billing and payment, guiding our sales teams and clients to the ideal solution based on their specific business needs.
- Drive value-driven solutioning by conducting deep discovery to uncover critical business and technical challenges.
- Serve as a technical authority on our products, developing and presenting clear, compelling solution demonstrations that address client pain points.
- Partner closely with Sales on account and deal strategy to drive opportunities and help us meet our revenue goals within new and existing accounts.
- Act as a key partner to internal Product and Marketing teams, providing market-based feedback and thought leadership to evolve our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Support market growth by participating in field marketing activities to generate interest in Fiserv Biller solutions.

Experience you'll need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience selling and working with SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Strong knowledge of the electronic billing and payments industry, including common pain points and business drivers.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to and track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and business goals.
Experience that would be great to have:
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience working with electronic billing and payment solutions.
- Familiarity with solution-oriented sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling and MEDDPIC.
- A background in FinTech, with an understanding of current industry trends.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
