The Command & Control (C2) Systems Development Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading the proposal, transition and execution efforts for a subset of the C2 Systems Portfolio of Programs. The candidate's responsibilities will span multiple Lockheed Martin teams across multiple business areas and separate geographical locations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead a major proposal effort - Develop strategy, manage proposal preparation, and coordinate technical, cost and schedule inputs to delivery a proposal that secures the contract.
- Direct a multifunctional team to deliver on cost, technical and schedule milestones throughout a 4-year period of performance.
- Own contract execution - track Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics, technical and staffing risks, cost and schedule baselines, and key Technical Performance Parameters (TPMs).
- Interface with Skunk Works leadership and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment of product offerings with mission requirements and customer expectations.
- Identify and mitigate programmatic challenges - develop risk mitigation plans, resolve issues, and drive decisions that keep the program on track.
- Support business growth - lead Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), follow-on proposals and marketing activities for subsequent program phases and related C2 and autonomy initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with security, export control, and classification requirements.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Program management experience in complex, multi-year development and production programs for U.S. Government customers (DoD, NASA, or intelligence community).
- Familiarity with C2 systems, software-intensive platforms, and autonomous solutions
- Strong understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of program management processes.
- Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence.

- Demonstrated experience shaping, developing, estimating, delivering and negotiating proposals
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- Large scale development program experience
- Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process.
- Experience in growing programs through introduction of new product and services

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
