Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has exciting opportunities for an Engine Requirements, and Integration Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join our Propulsion B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program Engineering Integration team based in Everett, WA. The selected candidate will integrate program requirements, engineering technical issues, test and parts issues across the enterprise, with USAF (United States Air Force), and the engine supplier.
The successful candidate will have experience with engines, engine systems (EBU and SBU), requirements, technical integration and the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and organizations in a dynamic teaming environment.
An ideal candidates should have experience interfacing with suppliers and customers as this role requires heavy coordination and integration with Boeing BDS (Boeing Defense Systems) divisions, USAF, suppliers and modification facilities.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced (Level 3), Senior (Level 4), and Senior (Level 5) Engine, Requirements, and Integration Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
Integration across the enterprise to resolve technical issues with multiple disciplines.
Communication with leadership, customer, and suppliers to provide direction, status, and drive common understanding.
Ability to be adaptive to a changing environment and requirements.
Works under minimal/no direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
3+ years of engineering and integrations experience
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Experience in Propulsion design and integration
Adaptable to a dynamic organization and product
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
9+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
14+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience technical integration and systems engineering
Experience with large modification projects is desirable

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): $100,300 - $135,700
Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $121,550 - $164,450
Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 5): $147,900 - $200,100
