Enterprise Business Analyst
What does a successful Enterprise Business Analyst do? At Fiserv, an Enterprise Business Analyst plays a crucial role in leading requirements discussions with clients and finalizing business needs from merchant acquiring banks or financial institutions. This role, based in our Milan office, is vital in ensuring successful delivery of comprehensive solution documents and facilitating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties.
What you will do:
Draft end-to-end merchant acquiring solutions for banks or financial institutions.
Gather requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of merchant solutions.
Identify, analyze, research, and resolve functional queries from internal teams and third parties.
Ensure the prompt resolution of moderate to complex queries from internal teams and external partners.
Interact and communicate effectively with various internal departments.
Utilize knowledge of acquiring solutions, platforms, systems, and technical expertise.
Act as a consultant, understanding system parameters and options.
Identify systemic and business-impacting trends and escalate through proper leadership channels.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or college and/or equivalent military experience.
Extensive SME Functional knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Solutions covering payment gateway, authorization switches, scheme clearing & settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, financial reconciliations.
Good organizational, planning, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision toward achieving personal and team goals.
Analytical skills and understanding industry metrics and trends.
