Enterprise Business Solutions organisation is responsible for the analysis of client requirements and product specifications, then the design and implementation of solutions to meet client needs on our strategic platform, handing off to our development organisation where necessary to extend the platform and add new product capabilities. The EBS team engages with clients and stakeholders, analyses their business needs, designs configurations, processing workflows and customer journeys, documents the full solution, then supports our product development, testing and deployment teams through their work, continuing to work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met through the lifecycle.
As our business grows, we need to expand our group of solution professionals to manage growing number of client initiatives. Solution lead provides single point of contact to our clients and program delivery teams for delivery of specific initiatives. Solution lead has full ownership of solution scope and design and is responsible for making sure our solutions satisfy client needs.
What you will do:
Work with client and internal stakeholders to define Target Operating Models, Engagement Scope and the end-to-end Solution for business as usual client engagements
Capture client requirements, and transform them into configuration and product requirements specification
Identify major gaps, issues and new product or capability implementations and work with Solution Lead / Solution Director and Technical Solution Architect on resolution
Support delivery process as SME and primary point of contact for the solution during delivery test and deployment phases
Follow agreed engagement model and solution design methodology and responsible for initial internal quality standards for all deliverables
Report and escalate to Solution Lead / Solution Director for wider solution context (as applicable), engage with product / process leads to establish yourself as the internal point of solution orchestration, inquiry and decision validation
Identify opportunities for new product and technical components to add value, both to financial performance and client experience terms
Build expertise in specific segments and/or verticals, driving the solution for that particular market within Fiserv EMEA
What you will need to have:
3+ years experience in functional delivery, preferably in a client-facing context
This experience will include leading solution design, and documenting scope, requirements and solutions via standard methods
Experience with solution within Payments, Financial solutions preferred
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various parts pf organization
Fluent English, Spanish
Ability to work in the European Union
