What does a successful Senior Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Compliance Senior Analyst will support the Senior Compliance Manager in the management and execution of an efficient regulatory compliance program and associated reporting, as well as promote a culture of regulatory compliance throughout the organisation.
The role holder will have a particular exposure to the firms International Compliance Framework depending on experience. In addition, the role holder will be expected to provide oversight and support to the 1st Line of Defence on a broad range of Regulatory Compliance and Conduct matters.
What you will do:
Manage and/or support the firms International Compliance Framework and support the Compliance Function in the design and roll out of the Annual Compliance Plan
Assist in the development and execution of compliance risk assessments, and a risk-based monitoring and testing plan
Provide timely monthly and quarterly reporting to the AIBMS Senior Management Team, Enterprise Risk & Compliance Committee, Audit Risk & Compliance Committee and AIBMS Board
Horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory changes to include monitoring of Central Bank of Ireland, European and International regulatory requirements including analysis of Regulation and Legislation and implement changes to local policies as necessary
Support the Compliance Function in implementing Data Protection Policy and support the 1st line in addressing Data Privacy issues, including the management and reporting of Data Privacy Incidents
Assisting the 1st line in responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARS)
Regulatory Training – Delivery of periodic training and communications to the 1st line of defence
What you will need to have:
5+ years’ experience in a Regulatory Compliance role (regulatory, industry or consultancy)
Experience in designing and maintaining regulatory policies, procedures and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations.
Ability to influence at a Senior level
