プリンシパル・テクニカル・コンサルタントは、Workdayの導入プロジェクトにおいて、複雑な技術的課題を解決し、高度なソリューション設計と開発を主導する上級の専門家です。クライアントと密接に連携し、ビジネス要件をWorkdayの技術的ソリューション（統合、データ変換、レポート、セキュリティ設定など）に落とし込み、プロジェクトの成功とクライアントの満足度を最高レベルで達成することに貢献します。また、社内外のジュニアコンサルタントに対する指導的役割も担います。
About the Role
1. 高度な技術的ソリューションの設計と開発
Workdayインテグレーション（Workday Studio、EIB、Core Connectors、Cloud Connects）に関する深い専門知識を活かし、複雑な顧客およびベンダーの要件を満たすインテグレーションソリューションを設計、開発、デプロイします。
データ変換の戦略を策定し、レガシーシステムからのデータ抽出、マッピング、変換、Workdayへのロードを指導・実行します。
高度なカスタムレポート、分析、ダッシュボードを設計・開発し、戦略的なビジネスインサイトを提供します。
Workdayのセキュリティ（ドメインセキュリティ、ビジネスプロセスセキュリティ、ロールベースセキュリティなど）の複雑な構成を設計し、データ機密性とコンプライアンスを確保します。
2. プロジェクトリーダーシップとアドバイザリー
技術的なワークストリームのリードとしてプロジェクトチームを指導し、プロジェクトのタイムラインと品質基準の達成を確実なものにします。
クライアントのエグゼクティブレベルのステークホルダーや技術チームに対し、専門家としてWorkdayソリューションのベストプラクティスや技術的な推奨事項について助言を提供します。
導入計画、要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、本番稼働移行といったソフトウェア導入の全ライフサイクルにおける技術的な側面を監督します。
リスクと依存関係を予測し、技術的な問題をプロアクティブに解決してプロジェクトの遅延を防ぎます。
3. 品質保証と知識移転
開発されたソリューションの徹底的なテスト（単体テスト、結合テスト、UATサポート）を行い、仕様に対する正確性と整合性を保証します。
クライアントの技術チームに対し、Workdayソリューションの運用・保守に関するトレーニング、ドキュメント作成、および知識移転を実施し、自立を支援します。
継続的なプロセス改善、実装のベストプラクティス、およびシステム強化を推奨します。
4. 専門知識の向上と指導
About You
必須要件
- Workdayの実装プロジェクトにおけるテクニカルコンサルタントとしての5年以上の経験、または関連する分野における豊富な上級経験。
- Workday Studio、EIB、Core Connectors、Report WriterなどのWorkday統合技術に関する高度な専門知識と実務経験。
- Workday HCM、Financials、Payroll、Studentなどの主要なWorkday機能領域のいずれかまたは複数の領域における深い技術的知識。
- Webサービス（SOAP/REST）、XML/XSLT、SQL、ETLツールなどの技術に対する高度な理解。
- 要件定義からデプロイまでのソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する深い知識。
- 複雑な技術的課題を分析、診断、解決する優れた能力。
- クライアントの技術チームおよび非技術的なビジネスユーザーとの間で、複雑な技術的概念を効果的に伝える優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力。
- 複数のプロジェクトとイニシアチブを同時に管理できる能力と、強力な組織力。
歓迎要件
- Workday認定資格（Integration、HCM、Financialsなど）を複数保有していること。
- 特定の業界（例：公共部門、金融サービス、ヘルスケア）におけるWorkday実装経験。

Our Approach to Flexible Work
