Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Sub-Assemblies & Parts Everett team in Everett, WA.
Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agent purchases goods by ensuring on-time delivery and quality to meet operational needs. They coordinate with internal teams to monitor inventory, mitigate supply risks, enforce compliance and supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Our team is currently hiring a Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities: 
- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 
- 5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
- 5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership  
- 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes
- Domestic and international travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes 
- 5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations 
- 5+ years of experience with contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing supply chain strategies

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98.250
