As a phenomenal Sales Support Specialist, you will enjoy a team dynamic as well as working through requests on their own while multi-tasking. This position is the cornerstone for getting leads to the sales team in the quickest yet most accurate way possible. It requires an individual with excellent time management, focus on detail, and the ability to coordinate and complete multiple priorities in an expedient manner while being personable. We need an on the fly problem solver as we quickly process phone calls and email requests. You will learn how to analyze competitor processing statements which will employ your math skills and Excel knowledge. Basic qualifications for consideration:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience in MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Proficient at mathematics
- Great interpersonal communication, comfortable talking with all levels of management, friendly and outgoing personality with a customer service approach.
- CoPilot and Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
