Talent Acquisition Partner - India
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Leidos, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across our businesses. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role scoping, market research, sourcing, screening, and selection. Working closely with hiring partners, you will lead offer structuring, negotiation, and issuance while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a Talent Acquisition advisor for hiring teams and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market and peer research to identify and engage potential candidates while ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external applicants.
- Utilize innovative recruitment tools and channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and negotiate competitive offers aligned with internal compensation structures and market benchmarks.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead regular reporting, data, and trend analysis to provide visibility into recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.
- Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address recruitment challenges and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
- Flexibility to work an alternate schedule to accommodate U.S. and U.K. hiring managers and stakeholder meetings.
Expanded Recruiter Responsibilities
Full Life-Cycle + Enhanced Candidate Touchpoints
- Maintain regular engagement from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience in a competitive market.
- Collect and manage required preboarding documentation (e.g., pay stubs, resignation notices).
Onboarding Support & Integration
- Send welcome/joiner emails and distribute joiner kits.
- Coordinate office tours and team introductions Partner with HR and hiring teams to support early career and university hiring initiatives.
