Overview
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to support our facilities team in maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functioning environment. This role is light maintenance and repair work to ensure that all areas of the facility meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Pay: $30.50/hr
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:
Handyman/Maintenance Duties:
- Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs.
- Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door handles, and other fixtures.
- Report larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Assist with furniture moves, equipment setup, and basic repairs as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.
- Provide support during special events or seasonal cleaning projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance roles.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and general building repair.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must be able to read write and communicate both English.
