Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network is seeking an Experienced Financial Advisor (FA) Recruiting and Agreements Administrator to join our Financial Network (FiNet) Recruiting Administration group within Wealth and Investment Management.
In this role, you will:- Serve as a subject matter expert on FiNet Experienced FA Recruiting, due diligence and capital approval process
- Partner with Advisor Recruiting Team including Divisional Recruiting Managers and Market Recruiting Managers to facilitate the due diligence and approval process of external FA candidates looking to affiliate with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet)
- Partner with Advisor Recruiting Teams, Legal, Transition Team and Onboarding teams on all aspects of the late-stage pipeline (Start date projections, missing/required items needed for approvals, communication with internal partners, etc.)
- Perform key control activities, administration and due diligence activities of individual Financial Advisor recruits looking to affiliate with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network including gathering necessary documents from Recruiting team, reviewing for completeness, documenting the review and escalating to Sr. Leadership for review and approval
- Create and distribute approved Letter of Intent outlining transition capital offers to prospective FA recruits
- Update and track activities, approvals and required documentation in Salesforce
- Crosstrain and assist in other projects and initiatives within the FiNet Engagement and Growth team including Channel Transfer Due Diligence and Private Capital investment administration process
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management across the organization
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Ability to present reports to and interact with senior leaders
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to manage administration and due diligence of Financial Advisor related programs
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2+ years of brokerage industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the Independent Advisor business
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and onboarding process for experienced Financial Advisors
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Advisor compensation plans and agreements
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
