We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant/ Asystent ds. Operacyjnych, to join our Kraków office on a basis of a full-time employment contract in a hybrid work model.
The role is to support the Business Operations Team in Energy & Environment International Business Unit (E&EI), to manage the development and delivery of all operational strategies and solutions to support growth and meet the business plan objectives. The Operations Assistant will support the team to ensure all operational and reporting requirements are understood correctly and properly, to deliver high-standard services.
Key responsibilities will be:
Co-ordinate all candidate submissions to client utilising client portals ensuring all data is correct
Co-ordinate all Domestic and Global assignments (where necessary) terms and conditions, processing information and liaising with our third-party supplier
Maintain accurate data for trackers, staff lists and organisational charts of new starters and leavers from relevant framework / project
Support to the Operations Team for the maintenance of dashboards for metric and KPI reporting for relevant Framework / Project / Function publication to the wider E&EI Leadership Team and Business
Co-ordinate all training requirements from the relevant framework / project, liaise with the Deputy Operations Manager to ensure all development requirements are met
Liaise with relevant framework / project for good news stories / events / celebrations to be included in E&EI Newsletters and Town Halls.
Admin Support to the relevant framework / project / function
Maintain E&EI Business Calendar and ensure all meetings, events and business drumbeat activities are added for Energy & Environment International Leadership Team
Attending business meetings, where necessary to take Notes / Action Points and chasing actions through to completion
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision or direction
Must be well organised, courteous, reliable & have a strong work ethic
Ability to deliver a high-quality service with a focus on attention to detail
Excellent Excel, numerical & analytical skills
Proficient in the English language
Experience of working in a busy & demanding role
