Work You’ll Do
- Supports configuration, development, integration with other applications, requirements analysis, process execution, and system evaluation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Gathers and analyzes customer requirements, defines optimal ServiceNow usage, and works closely with both clients and development teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Designs, creates, tests, and maintains ServiceNow modules and suites using formal design processes and diverse programming/data modeling languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, CSV).
- Administers ServiceNow instances (user/group management, permissions, notifications), configures intuitive interfaces, develops technical documentation, and manages migrations to production.
- Oversees software and configuration management, performs unit testing, defect resolution, custom development, 3rd party integrations, and ensures adherence to ITIL Foundations and business requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph
- 2+ years of JavaScript coding/development skills in ServiceNow environments
- 2+ years of developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs, or equivalent API experience with other products
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA with potential to be in offices across the Northern VA area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
