Your New Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to engage a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programmer to join a maritime autonomy program for an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact
Experience with other PLC brands, particularly Beckhoff, Siemens
Experience with source code management and general coding practices for PLC
Experience with automotive of other similar control devices used in moving machinery
Experience with IoT and other smaller scale control devices
Experience with CANBus - SAE J1939 and NMEA2000
Implementation, verification, commissioning of moving machinery projects

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold a NV-1 or greater security clearance.
