We’re looking for a Talent Management Partner to play a pivotal role within the Caterpillar IT Human Resource team. This role will assist in division succession planning, leadership development, learning and talent management strategies. This role connects business priorities with scalable talent solutions that build capability and strengthen our leadership pipeline; cultivating a high-performing, future-ready workforce aligned with Caterpillar's long-term goals.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; Providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests. 
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities. 
- Facilitate project and change management initiatives associated with talent management activities. 
What You Have:
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze 
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. 
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. 
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. 
- Talent Management: Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.

- The ideal location for this role is East Peoria-IL, Dallas-TX, Nashville-TN 
- This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
