What does a successful Proposal Management Professional do?
As a Proposal Management Professional at Fiserv supporting the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business, you will play a vital role in creating compelling, accurate, and client-focused professional services proposals and statements of work (SOWs). Your meticulous attention to detail and motivation to deliver high-quality work will be instrumental in supporting sales success within our ECM product capabilities.
What you will do:
- Develop, write, and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and showcasing Fiserv’s ECM product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales team members, solution consultants, and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are both technically robust and commercially advantageous.
- Maintain clear, concise, and compliant proposal documents that align with internal standards and client expectations.
- Manage multiple proposal requests concurrently within tight deadlines.
- Update and uphold proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in proposal review meetings and integrate feedback from stakeholders.
- Track and analyze proposal metrics to continually enhance future proposal outcomes.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience in proposal development, technical writing, or a relevant area, ideally in financial services or technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., CRM, contract management systems).
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience in professional services and software implementation lifecycles.
- 4+ years of exposure to supporting sales teams in client-facing scenarios.
- 4+ years of knowledge of software distribution/pricing models and contract structures.
- 4+ years of experience with high-energy demeanor, coupled with a keenness for learning and advancement.

Important information about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
