JOB SUMMARY: Professional Services Consultant (Salesforce Specialist)
The Professional Services Consultant will enable customers to be successful implementing Qualityze software. They will manage and perform system configuration to meet the clients business needs and to meet industry specific Best Practice. The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for ownership of customer issues and works with internal and external resources to address. The Professional Services Consultant will provide thorough post client documentation, open issues reports and communicate across multiple divisions within Qualityze to ensure successful implementations. Computer literacy skills, continuing knowledge of software revision changes and attention to detail are critical skills for the role. The Professional Services Consultant will provide clients with product knowledge and expertise, software validation expertise and working knowledge of regulatory requirements. The Professional Services Consultant works in a fast-paced team environment to provide high quality services to a broad customer base.
We are seeking a Qualityze Professional Services Consultant with strong Salesforce platform knowledge to support implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Qualityze solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying Salesforce code, performing data migrations, troubleshooting Salesforce issues, and building/configuring Salesforce Flows and process automations. This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills to ensure smooth deployment and optimal performance of Qualityze solutions within customer Salesforce environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce Deployment & Configuration
- Deploy Salesforce code (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, triggers, and workflows) across environments using best practices (Change Sets, SFDX, Metadata API, etc.).
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, process automation, and configuration changes as required.
Qualityze Implementation & Support
- Implement Qualityze applications on Salesforce per customer business requirements.
- Assist in setup, configuration, and validation of Qualityze modules.
- Perform integration activities with other enterprise systems if needed.
Data Migration & Management
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Salesforce using tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or equivalent.
- Validate and reconcile migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve Salesforce-related issues (configuration, code, or data-related).
- Provide technical support during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve escalated issues quickly.
Documentation & Training
- Create technical documentation for configurations, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Support end-users and administrators by providing training and knowledge transfer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting Qualityze or similar Salesforce-based applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments, data migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work non-standard hours
- Up to 30% travel may be required
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Communities).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Javascript
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in data migration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, Jitterbit, etc.).
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
