MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented 
Helpdesk Technician in the Fort Meade, MD area. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Respond to customers’ requests for modifications to organizational policies based on Risk Management Framework requirements.
 - Coordinate response to customer requests with Systems Administrators
 - Coordination of risk management framework
 
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experience
 - Experience supporting end user terminal devices; device management, security and operations
 
Security Clearance Requirements
- Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
 
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
 - Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
 - The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
