A successful Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv partners with Product Management, Product Development and senior leaders to shape product strategy and translate that vision into clear, actionable requirements. They build strong cross‑functional relationships, independently manage multiple initiatives, define required changes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and delivery constraints.
What you will do:
- Operate autonomously, balancing and prioritizing business and technology needs to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, integrity and clear oral and written communication in all interactions.
- Lead and facilitate cross‑functional discussions, negotiating between product, technology and stakeholders to reach aligned solutions.
- Influence strategic direction while executing tactical product requirements and adapting to changing environments.
- Pursue continuous learning and research, applying curiosity and practical insights to improve products and processes.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with leaders and teams across the enterprise to support organizational transformation.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years collaborating with business and technology teams; proven ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of complex information into concise executive presentations and actionable plans.
- Entrepreneurial, creative and adaptable with strong attention to detail; able to work independently in fast‑paced environments and manage 3+ concurrent priorities.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills to influence outcomes across product and technology.
- 4‑year degree from an accredited university or equivalent applicable work experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master role.
- 2+ years’ experience with banking or banking software (preferred).
