Boeing is seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Generalist to support the MQ-25 program and other military aviation initiatives in Berkeley, MO. This role is essential in managing flight operations, aviation life support system (ALSS) requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including DCMA, flight crews, and test programs, to maintain operational excellence and safety.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Subject Matter Expert Level Flight Operations Generalists.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage flight planning and scheduling, aircrew coordination, radio room flight following, document control, and ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with DCMAI 8210.1C/D
Serve as a key interface with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Chief Pilots, Air Dominance Aircrew, Integrated Test Programs, and Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) leadership
Report directly to the Boeing BT&E Flight Operations and Life Support Manager located in Berkeley, MO
Support ALSS requirements for MQ-25 and other military programs, including inspection and maintenance oversight of life support equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of flight operations and ALSS activities
Assist in training and mentoring personnel on flight operations and life support procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and mission success
Manage and maintain aircrew training records
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ years of equivalent technical experience within a military flight operations field
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
Experience making quick decisions in high-pressure environments
4+ years of experience in a military aviation operations environment or Air Traffic Control (ATC) experience in an aviation or operations setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to obtain an FCC General Radiotelephone Operators License (GROL)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent work experience
Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 61 and Part 91 regulations
Knowledge of U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Army flight regulations
Experience with Flight Operations System (FOS) and Crystal Reports
Familiarity with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and associated flight operations
Project management experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): $83,300 – $112,700
Summary Pay Range for Subject Matter Expert level (Level 4): $100,300 – $135,700
