Description of Duties:
The Property Management Regional Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Be the central point of contract for all property and logistics related topics in the National Capital Region (NCR), VA. and Dahlgren (DLG), VA.
• Respond to and manage customer expectations.
• Supervise staff on battle rhythm, assign tasks, track schedule and project requirements, as they pertain to regional requirements.
• Act as liaison for Government interaction where property or logistics are concerned, including Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Manage team under a full spectrum property management and logistics support requirement
• Reports directly to the Contract Property Administrator through Property Management requirements and logistics requirements
• Directs and monitors daily battle rhythm for NCR and DLG property team, to include:
o Provide/Review daily tasking for project or Task Order event needs
o Track scheduled work and suspense dates
§ Monitor regional work tickets
o Ensure team is following regulatory compliance requirements
o Resolve conflict and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Manage remote site requirements through technical support to IRES Multidisciplinary Engineers (MDEs), change requests (CRQs), & projects
• Provide primary point of contact for all property related tasks
• Oversee and manage regional customer needs, GOV, CIV, and CTR timely and professionally
• Ensure full compliance with Performance Work Statement and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Maintain oversight of records and reports to ensure proper data elements are exhibited and correctness of regional records
• Provide technical solutions to meet regional requirements
• Initiate or tracks project timelines throughout the lifecycle
• Manage the regional property requirement from cradle to grave
• Support data entry, mining and reports
• Manage all property related disciplines

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
o May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 5, or more, years of directly related MDA property experience
• Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Must have MDA and IRES Property Management experience
• Must be familiar with the dynamics of the National Capital Region, specifically HHQ and Dalgren NAS, VA. operations
• Must have practical experience within area excess processing though PIEE and DLA Services
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
This position is expected to pay $110,000 - $130,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
