Overview
Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for performing nightly inventory of vehicles in long-term and short-term parking areas. This role requires employees to actively move throughout large parking lots using a golf cart and tablet to capture license plate data and vehicle images. The position demands consistent activity and attention to detail during overnight hours to meet client expectations for accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $17.48 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly inventory of approximately 1,600 vehicles across designated parking areas.
- Use a tablet to capture license plate information and take photos of vehicles.
- Navigate large parking lots by walking and driving a golf cart as needed.
- Ensure all data is accurately recorded and uploaded into the system.
- Maintain a steady workflow throughout the entire shift without downtime.
- Provide minor customer service assistance when interacting with patrons.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the supervisor. Similar work duties as needed.
- Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate tablets for data entry and photography.
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain active throughout the shift.
- Independent and reliable; able to meet performance expectations without supervision.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for operating golf carts.
- Entry-level position; training provided.
