What you will do:

Proactively build a robust sales pipeline through field activity, networking, and referrals, independently initiating conversations without relying solely on inbound leads.
Take a consultative, value-driven approach to understand merchants' business operations, pain points, and growth goals, recommending tailored Clover software plans and complementary services.
Position yourself as a trusted business advisor, guiding merchants through the Clover ecosystem from payment solutions to business management tools.
Drive long-term client success through relationship management and portfolio growth, maintaining strong connections with existing merchants.
Represent Fiserv’s core values—acting with integrity, respect, and genuine care in every interaction.

What you will need to have:

Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium-sized clients.
Ability to explain technical features in simple terms and demonstrate product benefits.
Extensive experience in cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
Organized and disciplined in managing a geographic territory, planning visits, and tracking activity.
Proven track record of achieving results and consistently hitting KPIs.
