About your role:
As an Implementations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in Fiserv Output Solutions (FOS) responsible for overseeing and guiding client implementation analyst teams to ensure all projects are configured successfully, completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will be accountable for new client implementations, responsible for leading a team of implementation analysts, and training all levels of the FOS organization and external clients on successful implementation processes. You will have full authority and accountability over the deployment of project management methodology once a project is accepted into the FOS organization. Your efforts will focus on ensuring implementation processes are consistent and repeatable and deliver quality results. Additionally, you will lead a team, guiding them in career growth and client-facing interactions. This role operates under limited supervision with guidance from the Director, Client Implementations, contributing to the success of Fiserv
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deployments.
- Work across teams and with peers to design, influence, and implement process improvement changes across teams.
- Advise clients on standard methodologies for outsourcing solutions.
- Craft and deliver client-facing implementation reporting/documentation.
- Perform frequent capacity planning; assigning and allocating available resources to projects.
- Assist the team to ensure project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial measures are understood, monitored, and reported.
- Accept responsibility for resolving issues escalated from team members or clients.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 10+ years experience in customer or IT service
- 5+ years of work experience working in an Implementation and/or Project Management position
- 5+ years managing people, budgets, and capacity planning
Experience that would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing Business Analysts or Project Managers
