About your role:
The Client Implementation Supervisor is a crucial role at Fiserv Output Solutions (FOS) that significantly contributes to its overall business success. You are responsible for new client implementations, changes to existing business, and training all levels of the FOS organization and external clients on successful implementation processes. You will have full authority and accountability over the deployment of project management methodology once a project is accepted into the FOS organization. Your efforts will focus on ensuring that the design, scope, and estimations are strategic and that processes are consistent and repeatable. Additionally, you will lead a team, guiding them in career growth and client-facing interactions.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of Implementation Analysts.
- Provide consultation and cross-functional leadership across Fiserv teams for client output solution implementations.
- Develop strategies, processes, and talent to effectively lead Implementation Analysts including leading initiatives to enhance team knowledge, skills, and solution quality.
- Deploy and promote manager-approved standards, modeling best practices for the team.
- Support client and internal escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify and track success metrics to improve implementation project quality and efficiency.
- Conduct resource planning to assess and secure capacity for approved work.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in business, system, or implementation analyst role, with focus on projects involving Software Development Life Cycle.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams, managing performance, and promoting professional development.
- 4+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity to track project progress.
- 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- PMP credential.
- High organizational skills to track multiple competing priorities across direct reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working experience with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing team performance and skills.
- Self-directed and collaborative approach to resolving issues, managing internal/client escalations, and creating solutions.
