Position Summary DetailsThe Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. This role serves as the point of contact for team members and supports the supervisor in maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of cleaners, porters, and technicians during assigned shifts
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any issues
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
- Handle minor employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure proper use of equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate shift records and reports
Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available
Preferred Qualifications - Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
- 2 yrs of commercial HVAC experience
