Are you ready to bring your document management expertise to a high-impact PMO project in one of Australia’s most vibrant coastal cities?
As our Senior Specialist – Document Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the integrity of project documentation, working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team. With a hybrid work model offering four days onsite in our Gold Coast project office and one day working from home, this role combines structure, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to something truly significant.
Key Responsibilities:
The focus of this role is to undertake all document management functions, including but not limited to:
Developing and setting the Document Management process.
Checking/validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
Maintenance of electronic and original hard copy files and document registers
Processing and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and engineering design drawings
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date internal Document Management system
Responsible for the record document flow to and from all necessary parties
Issue and track location of all documents and drawings
Train the project teams on Document Management systems and/or project specific systems and procedures
Experience & Skills Required:
As an individual you are excited by the prospects of delivering iconic projects with key clients. As a Senior Document Management Specialist, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
Significant experience in any related technical field or document control/ document management positions
Any experience in Document Management software including InEight, Aconex, and Documentum would be an advantage.
Proven history contributing to a team effort in project environments
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage own workload
Tenacious and hardworking attitude
