In this role, you will:- Manage and develop payment business activities in multiple and complex markets
- Partner with relationship managers to consult on complex specific payment solutions
- Coordinate Request for Proposal response and proposal generation
- Provide production support on product issues and call on financial institutional clients to address their business and product needs
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Global Payments Sales team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Global Payments Sales functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Global Payments Sales peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Global Payments Sales projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Strong sales support and sales services experience
- Correspondent Banking experience in Latin America and Caribbean markets
- Payments and liquidity sales experience
- Transactional banking sales experience
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Trade sales/trade product solutions background
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
Job Expectations:- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
