As the Manager of Portfolio Operations, you will lead the planning and oversight of contracted services—including café operations, catering, executive dining, and coffee services—across a national client portfolio. Your role is pivotal in aligning service delivery with financial targets, client expectations, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging your deep understanding of the client’s business, strong relationship-building skills, financial acumen, and commitment to safety, you’ll help drive meaningful impact and operational excellence every day.
