Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Manager leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies that are fully aligned with organizational objectives. This position provides expert guidance on HR policies and practices and fosters an environment of employee engagement, development, and well-being. The manager is expected to exert strategic influence across the organization by combining talent management expertise, advanced data analysis, and proactive collaboration with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted coach, offering expert guidance to leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and talent development matters.
- Align and implement HR policies and programs within the business unit or region to drive employee engagement, retention, and high performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, formulating sound recommendations and delivering high-impact executive reports.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, supporting the identification and prioritization of HR initiatives that advance both short- and long-term organizational objectives.
- Lead and develop HR teams, fostering collaboration with Centers of Excellence and serving as a benchmark for best practices.
- Design and execute change management methodologies and materials to ensure the effective adoption of HR programs and processes throughout the organization.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent English
Skills:
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand and anticipate strategic business needs, design effective decision-making processes, and develop solid business cases.
- Global Perspective: Experience in international HR management, with knowledge of labor laws and practices in different countries and a high level of intercultural sensitivity.
- Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: Competence in analyzing complex situations, evaluating alternatives, and making well-founded decisions while advising others throughout the process.
- Influence and Communication: Ability to influence across hierarchical levels, deliver high-impact presentations, and build organizational consensus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams, applying adaptive leadership styles, and promoting employee development.
- HR Consulting: Mastery of HR consulting tools, methodologies, and models, with experience managing multiple projects and consulting relationships in a confidential and effective manner.
- Talent Management: Ability to design and implement programs for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, including the creation of individualized development plans for high-potential employees.
Top Candidates also have:
- Master’s degree in human resources management or related fields
- Black Belt Certificate
- Expert in Human Resources and team management roles.
- Expert in multinational environments and in managing complex organizational changes.

- This position is 5 days a week in-office model.
