Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. NBCUniversal’s content portfolio includes a vast and diverse library of more than 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, kids, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal Television, UCP, Universal International Studios, Sky Studios, NBC Late Night properties, DreamWorks Animation, Telemundo, and more, as well as locally produced content from around the world. Global TV Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.
Overview:
The Senior Director, Administration is responsible for deal management and to direct the operations of the Asia Pacific and Latin American TV licensing to maximize the revenue stream for TV sales in each territory with a focus on output deals. This position will be report to the SVP, Global Sales Administration.
Responsibilities
- Regional Oversight: Lead and manage Sales Administration operations across Asia Pacific and Latin America, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and product volume commitments are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure team members understand and adhere to departmental protocols and standards.
- Deal Execution: Review and approve select Field Orders & Governing Deals submitted by the Sales Administration team to ensure accurate documentation of deal terms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Promote strong, collaborative relationships between Sales Administration and territory-specific staff, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- Financial Coordination: Partner with Accounting to resolve payment discrepancies and support accurate revenue recognition during monthly and quarterly close processes. Lead the team in providing forecast licensing data for long range planning and annual update as well as quarterly updates for current-year agreements.
- Localization Management: Coordinate localization efforts for qualifying titles to meet contractual requirements and market needs.
- Client & Sales Collaboration: Build and maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams and new clients to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Legal and Business Development to evaluate future licensing deals, focusing on product availability, deal terms, and revenue implications.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational processes in partnership with the SVP of Sales Administration and your peers to ensure best-in-class support across global territories.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Previous international or domestic work experience required

- The ability to plan and organize work for self and others to meet tight deadlines
- A good understanding of database systems and literacy in relevant administration systems
- Understanding of television licensing and distribution.

Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
